3 Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
- Make payments as per the agreed terms and schedule
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals (unless otherwise agreed)
- Review and approve designs within reasonable timeframes
- Provide access to project sites when required
4 Intellectual Property
Important Notice
All designs, drawings, renderings, specifications, and documents created by Sutranj remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is transferred as per the project agreement.
You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute our designs without written permission
- Share our work with third parties or competitors without consent
- Use our designs for purposes other than the agreed project
- Modify or create derivative works from our designs without approval
5 Payments
- Payment terms will be clearly outlined in project proposals and contracts
- A deposit (typically 30-50%) may be required before work begins
- Progress payments may be scheduled for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon project completion and before final deliverables
- Late payments may incur additional charges or interest
- All fees are subject to applicable taxes
6 Project Changes
- Changes requested after design approval may incur additional fees
- Timeline extensions due to client-requested changes are not our responsibility
- Major scope changes require a written change order and revised pricing
- We reserve the right to adjust timelines based on change requests
7 Limitation of Liability
Sutranj shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by third parties, contractors, or unforeseen circumstances
- Construction defects caused by contractors or builders
- Damages arising from misuse or unauthorized modification of our designs
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.
8 Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose project details, personal information, or proprietary data without consent, except when required by law or court order.
9 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
- All client materials and documents must be returned
- Unused prepaid fees may be refunded at our discretion
- Intellectual property rights for unpaid work remain with Sutranj
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation by a mutually agreed third party
- Arbitration under Pakistani law
- Courts of Islamabad, Pakistan (as final resort)
10 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
